Qualifications: - College graduate with a degree in BS Accountancy, Internal Audit, or any 4-year Business Course
- With more than four (4) years of audit work experience
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly proficient in computer technology and systems
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
- Willing to travel within Cavite and Batangas for audit assignments
- Willing to comply with occasional extended working hours when necessary
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor the execution of audit assignments
• Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures
• Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and existing systems
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to audit team members
• Monitor audit progress and evaluate subordinate performance
• Review audit reports and ensure accuracy and completeness of findings
• Conduct fieldwork, spot audits, and compliance reviews
• Coordinate and discuss audit results with management
