Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Operations - Supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Staff Supervision
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel
- Create shift schedules and assign tasks to ensure workflow efficiency
- Promote teamwork and enforce discipline and company policies
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce proper use of PPE
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain and update inventory records, delivery logs, and other warehouse documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance and productivity
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams
Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallets, scanners)
- Report damages or malfunctions promptly for repairs
- At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiar with inventory systems, warehouse management software, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of safety procedures and logistics best practices
