We are looking for a Retention Specialist to join our team in Pasig. The role focuses on handling customer concerns, preventing cancellations, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers requesting to cancel or downgrade services
- Provide appropriate solutions to retain customers and ensure satisfaction
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Offer products, services, or promotions that match customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet performance targets such as retention rate, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year call center international voice experience (any account)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
