About the Role
The Head of Insurance Customer Success will lead initiatives that strengthen long-term client relationships, improve policy retention, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer success strategies focused on policy retention and client loyalty.
- Lead conservation and proactive engagement initiatives.
- Improve operational processes supporting customer servicing.
- Monitor KPIs related to retention, persistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and lead a high-performing customer success team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in insurance, customer success, customer retention, or client servicing.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience .
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in life insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
