Qualifications:
- Philippine Bar Examination Passer
- Interested to build a career in the Tax and Legal services
- Experience in litigation work is a plus
- Can collaborate and work with a virtual team
- Willing to go on fieldwork, as necessary
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants and industry experts to address and resolve our clients' complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide expert legal advice on issues related to tax law, corporate governance, and financial regulations, among others.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Conduct thorough legal research to provide advice and legal strategies tailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within specific fields.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry and advise clients accordingly.
