Associate Lawyer

Description - Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research to support cases and provide legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court and during mediation sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and document all communications with clients.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and paralegals to develop case strategies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or Juris Doctor (JD).
- Newly board passer are welcome to apply
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced legal environment with potential for high-stress situations.
