About the role
The Senior Sales Associate serves as a key Brand Ambassador and role model on the sales floor, delivering exceptional, personalized customer experiences while driving individual and store sales performance. With a strong presence and advanced selling capabilities, the Senior Sales Associate leads by example in customer engagement, product expertise, and brand storytelling.

Read and act on sales reports and basic performance data
About you
Senior High School graduate (required)
Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or another service role, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong product knowledge, with the ability to explain features and benefits and guide customers to the right choice
Clienteling and relationship management skills
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge of POS and basic computer applications
Experience as a Product Guide or similar senior floor role is preferred
A bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage but not required
