REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
- Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
- Open to Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa.
- Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage
- Having experience in the BPO industry is a big plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet)
- Knowledgeable in navigating websites and the internet
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Assist customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refund requests.
- Address concerns related to missing tickets, delayed deliveries, or invalid ticket issues.
- Provide support for payment-related concerns and billing disputes.
- Assist customers with account access concerns, including login, verification, and security-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns from both buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve ticket-related concerns and manage escalation cases.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding bookings, promotions, and reservations through email and chat.
- Ensure that customer requests are properly addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage and process booking reservations and cancellation requests.
