Job Description – Spanish Bilingual QA (Healthcare BPO)
Position: Spanish Bilingual QA
Work Setup: Onsite – Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Night Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual QA to ensure high-quality service delivery across healthcare operations. The role is responsible for auditing transactions, evaluating quality standards, conducting calibrations, and providing actionable feedback to improve performance while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits on healthcare-related transactions, calls, and documentation.
- Evaluate team performance based on established quality guidelines, client standards, and internal processes.
- Conduct hospital billing audits and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in calibration sessions with Operations and Quality teams to ensure scoring consistency.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and coaching recommendations based on audit findings.
- Monitor compliance with client requirements, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
- Analyze quality trends and prepare reports to support operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to improve overall quality performance.
- Maintain audit documentation and ensure accuracy of quality records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects as needed.
Qualifications
- College Graduate.
- Proficient in the Spanish language (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance (QA/Auditing) experience in a BPO environment, preferably supporting a US Healthcare account.
- Experience in Hospital Billing Audits.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in call auditing, quality evaluations, adherence to quality guidelines, and calibration sessions.
- Experience using the EPIC platform is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide objective performance evaluations.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Must be willing to work on a permanent night shift.
