Customer Experience Specialist (Cantonese)

Position: Cantonese Helpdesk Specialist Company Industry: BPO Company Work Location: Pasig, Iloilo, or Dumaguete Site. Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule Salary: Php 106,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • ️Proficient in Cantonese and conversational to proficient in English.
  • ️Open to High School graduates, college undergraduates, and Bachelor's degree graduates from any field.
  • ️Open to foreign nationals with a valid permanent visa.
  • ️Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
  • ️Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
  • ️Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • ️Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office applications and the internet.
  • ️Knowledgeable in navigating websites and online platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ️Assist customers with ticket purchases, transfers, exchanges, and refund requests.
  • ️Handle ticket-related concerns, including missing tickets, delayed deliveries, and invalid or duplicate tickets.
  • ️Resolve payment-related inquiries, billing concerns, and transaction disputes.
  • ️Provide support for account-related issues, including login, verification, and security concerns.
  • ️Manage and resolve complaints from both buyers and sellers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • ️Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex ticketing concerns and escalate cases when necessary.
  • ️Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding bookings, reservations, promotions, and other services via email and chat.
  • ️Ensure all customer requests are handled accurately, professionally, and within the required service levels.
  • ️Process and manage booking reservations, modifications, cancellations, and related customer requests.
