Position: Consumer Support Manager Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 Industry: Information Technology (IT) Location: Mandaluyong City Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Setup: Onsite Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Experience in handling aftersales operations and customer service management.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience working in an IT company or technology-driven environment is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the aftersales department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage warranty programs, service policies, and customer feedback initiatives to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, analyze operational costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, parts pricing, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
