Summary:
As an Alfresco (Document Management System) Administrator, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and providing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing team decisions and contributing to key discussions that impact multiple teams, ensuring a seamless workflow across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Primary Skill: Expert proficiency in Alfresco DMS.
- Required Primary Skill: Proficient in Cloud Infrastructure Methodologies
- Required Secondary Skill: proficiency in Enfocus PitStop Pro (ECM), Autosys, Mobius (ECM)
- Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management Implementation.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
