Digital and E-Health Associate

Account serves members using digital health platforms and e-health services as part of their comprehensive health plan.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through voice and omnichannel support (email/chat as needed).
- Assist customers with product information, orders, billing, returns, and account-related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing accurate and professional service.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Job Requirements
- College graduate with or without work experience.
- Completed at least two (2) years in college with a minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
- Above-average English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good comprehension and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
