Hiring: Mental Health Insurance Representative
Qualifications:
- College graduate (with or without work experience)
- OR completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months of work experience
- Above-average English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good reading comprehension
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Salary & Benefits:
- ₱18,000 Basic Salary + ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
- 20% Night Differential
- HMO coverage for employees starting Day 1, with HMO for one dependent upon certification
- Life and Accident Insurance
- Annual salary increase based on performance
- 13th and 14th Month Pay
Job Responsibilities / Details :
The role needed is to provide support for behavioral health and mental health insurance members. Assist members with mental health counseling access, insurance coverage for therapy and psychiatric services, treatment authorization and mental health benefits.
