Finance and Operations Associate

Finance staff comprises employees responsible for managing a company's financial health through tasks like budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and strategic planning .
- Developing budgets, creating financial forecasts, analyzing market trends, and providing decision support to management.
- Collecting and analyzing financial data, maintaining ledgers, preparing financial statements, and ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
- Managing departmental expenses, coordinating budget consolidation, and monitoring financial details to control costs.
- Assisting with departmental operational concerns, implementing financial policies, and providing financial support to senior leadership.
- Advising on resource allocation, identifying opportunities to maximize profits, and contributing to strategic financial planning.
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related courses
- Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance guidelines, and accounting principles.
