Health Plan Support Representative

Support for members enrolled in individual and family health insurance plans. CSR's handle enrollment questions, plan changes, family member additions/removals and coverage verification and benefits explanation.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice interactions.
Provide accurate, clear, and professional customer assistance.
Understand customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
Apply proper procedures and account guidelines when handling concerns.
Document customer interactions accurately and completely.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and good interpersonal skills.
Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company and account policies.
Work effectively during night shifts, including weekends and holidays when scheduled.
Job Requirements
College graduate with or without BPO experience.
Candidates who have completed at least 2 years of college may also qualify with 6 months of customer service-related work experience .
No BPO experience required for qualified college graduates.
Good to above-average English communication skills.
Minimum CEFR B1 English proficiency.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule .
Willing to work on weekends and holidays .
Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City for applicable locations.
What We Offer
Compensation
PHP 18,000–21,000 total package , including:
- PHP 18,000 Basic Pay
- PHP 1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
- PHP 2,000 Account Premium
