E- Commerce Associate

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors' /College Degree, Business Studies/Administration, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Full-time position(s) available.
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the stores on Shopee and Lazada platforms
- Daily monitor and ensure that all transactions in assigned online platform/s are well monitored (Sales After sales Claims)
- Obtain and evaluates all relevant information in order to handle inquiries and complaints well
- Deals directly with customers via call, text or chat
- Assist and help with the coordination to other department such as Graphic Design - editing needed banner for Shopee and Lazada
- Contributes team effort by accomplishing related result as needed
- Must have a good communication skills, customer oriented
- Has good analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
