QA Supervisor

Responsible for ensuring the consistent execution and monitoring of the company’s Quality Assurance Program. This role covers raw materials management, laboratory operations, supplier quality coordination, and product verification to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee incoming raw materials inspection and approval processes
- Manage supplier quality coordination and non-conforming material control
- Conduct material analysis, verification, validation, and laboratory testing
- Monitor packaging safety and product compliance (chemical, biological, and safety tests)
- Ensure calibration, maintenance, and compliance of laboratory equipment
- Participate in internal audits (Audit Team, GACCP, EHS Committee)
- Supervise QA Analysts and support training, competency development, and validation
- Support process improvement and problem-solving initiatives in manufacturing
- Help achieve QA performance targets and continuous improvement goals
Job Specifications
Education
- BS Chemical Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
- Strong background in laboratory analysis is required
Work Experience
- Experience in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation (e.g., GC, Spectrophotometry)
- Exposure to auditing processes is an advantage
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and training facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Tools
- Computer systems and laboratory equipment
