Site Supervision & Quality Control (HVAC Supervisor)
Industry: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Job Description:
- We are looking for two (2) experienced Supervisors to oversee air conditioning installation, maintenance, and construction quality
- The role ensures that all on-site operations meet technical specifications and Philippine building standards
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Associate/Diploma degree or above in HVAC, Mechanical, or related engineering majors
Experience:
- 2+ years in AC installation/repair/supervision OR
- 3+ years in Engineering/Mechanical QA/QC
Language:
- Fluent in Filipino; proficient in English (work-applicable)
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Split, Central, and VRF systems
- Ability to read electrical and construction drawings
- Mastery of refrigeration skills (charging, vacuuming, leak testing)
- Familiar with Daikin, Midea, or Gree technical specs
Certificates (Preferred/Bonus):
- TESDA NC II (HVAC-related)
- PRC Registered Mechanical Engineer (bonus)
- OHSA / Safety Training Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise worker progress and ensure compliance with operation standards
- Conduct on-site inspections for equipment positioning and fixing methods
- Coordinate with owners, suppliers, and general contractors
- Manage on-site emergencies, maintenance resources, and after-sales
- Compile daily/weekly construction logs and acceptance reports
Salary & Benefits:
- Non-Maintenance Position: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month
- Maintenance-Active Position: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
- Probationary Rate: 80% of full salary
- Contract Rate: 100% of full salary
