A growing pharmaceutical organization is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead its sales function and drive nationwide commercial growth. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the national sales team, ensuring strong field execution.
- Drive sales through territory management, account development, and field force planning.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs; implement action plans as needed.
- Build relationships with key accounts, HCPs, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to align sales and commercial strategies.
- Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong leadership exposure.
- Proven experience managing national sales teams and delivering commercial targets.
- Strong background in ethical pharmaceutical sales and field force management.
- Experience managing Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, and field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape.
- Strong commercial, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
