This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Technical Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The National Technical Manager will oversee technical operations, provide technical support, lead team management efforts, and engage in research and development (R&D). Daily responsibilities include project management, managing the technical aspects of customer support, evaluating operational workflows, and identifying opportunities for technical process improvement.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and strong Research and Development (R&D) capabilities
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Solid experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee technical projects
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Background in engineering, technology, or a related field is highly desirable
- Experience in the coding or packaging industry will be a significant advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
