Risk Operations Support (Finance Graduates 2025/2026)

As a member of the Risk Operations Support team, you will contribute by performing essential operational tasks involved in processing the SME loan applications we receive. This role will focus on checking audited financial statements (balance sheet, cash flows) and income tax returns.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents
• Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
• Quality checks on encoded data (spotting discrepancies in numbers, and repairing / editing spotted errors)
• Storing of files systematically
• Running of credit checks
• Other tasks in relation to daily operations

Requirements

• Preferred to have 0-1 year of experience only. Bookkeeping and financial management-related internship experience preferred but not required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills.
• Can keep up with a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Prior experience in reading financial statements and proficiency in excel are huge pluses!
