Bachelor's degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduate and Undergraduate candidates
With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Meet response time and satisfaction targets
Provide product or service information
