JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPA and MBA is a big advantage
- With 5 to 10 years of experience
- With experience in different types of accounting software
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end finance processes on Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the digital transformation of finance operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations processes, including record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
- Ensure data integrity, system controls, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project delivery for Finance module, overseeing application design, blueprinting, solutioning, modeling, and proof-of-concept development
- Drive automation and digital solutions for O2C, P2P, and R2R processes using RPA, workflow tools, and AI-enabled applications.
