Junior Treasury and Capital Markets Associate (2026 Accountancy Graduates)

We are looking for a Junior Treasury and Capital Markets Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our debt funding operations. In this role, you'll assist with daily liquidity operations, help execute funding transactions across our lending facilities, and support our team in managing relationships with local and international lenders. This is a hands-on, detail-heavy role suited to someone early in their career - ideally with a background in finance or accounting who wants exposure to how a digital SME lender manages its lender relationships, liquidity, and reporting. You'll work closely with the Capital Markets team on operational workflows tied to our lending facilities, with room to grow into broader treasury and capital markets responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

1. Ensuring liquidity in the company through treasury management.
2. Own daily, weekly, and monthly processes, reporting, and reconciliations.
3. Preparing templates for daily uploading in portals and databases.
4. Helping with data collection, extraction, and review of different business documents.
5. Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

1. Relevant experience: Maximum 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience in a finance, fintech, or audit firm environment as an intern or a full time employee is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
2. Academic background: Finance or Accounting graduate. CPA or CMA highly preferred.
3. Excel proficiency: Excellent Excel skills knowledgeable on different formulas (spreadsheets, formulas, raw data cleanup, creation of cash flow statement from scratch)
4. Analytical: Attention to detail and a sharp problem solver. Strong work ethic and ability to adapt.
5. Strong interpersonal skills: Easy to work with, positive working attitude.
6. Proactive: Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told, can communicate clearly and openly when issues or updates come up, takes ownership and accountability of tasks and scope.
7. Highly organized: Able to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines without things slipping.
8. Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing processes and priorities.

• Monthly base salary:  PHP 28,000
