Role Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented Business Analysts to evaluate AI chatbot responses, compare outputs, and assess their accuracy, relevance, and quality based on defined guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and compare responses from multiple AI chatbots.
- Analyze response accuracy, relevance, completeness, and clarity.
- Apply structured evaluation criteria and document assessments.
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintain high-quality evaluation records and meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, or documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
Work Schedule
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
- Weekend work may be required, with two weekdays off.
Remote freelance opportunity.
