Business Analyst (BA / BSA)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications under supervision.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation.
- Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers to clarify business requirements.
- Assist in validating business requirements through testing and user acceptance activities.
- Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, and knowledge repositories.
- Support defect tracking, documentation updates, and simple feature enhancements.
- Ensure requirements align with business objectives and project scope.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Product Support, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- Scrum Foundations
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) (preferred)
