Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools.
- Write basic SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and business analysis requests.
- Monitor data quality and assist in resolving data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements.
- Maintain BI documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.
- Assist with testing and validating reports and dashboards before deployment.
- Support data warehouse and analytics initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn data warehousing and analytics concepts.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Scrum Foundations
