Job Description As a Chat Support Associate, you will assist customers through online chat by answering inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns through written communication. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat support
- Provide accurate information and timely assistance
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Document chats and account updates accurately
- Escalate concerns when needed
- Maintain good quality and customer satisfaction
- Paid training from Day 1
- Training on chat tools and support systems
- Onsite work setup in Davao City
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate
- Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic typing and computer skills
- Customer-focused and willing to learn
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
