We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Recruitment Content Specialist who is passionate about digital platforms, storytelling, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in content creation, digital marketing, and platform management, with the ability to adapt to trends and deliver impactful content strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute engaging, video-first content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
Create and publish high-quality short-form and long-form content across relevant social media platforms.
Stay ahead of trends, viral formats, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and competitive within the Indian market.
Localize content strategies with a strong focus on geo-centric trends in India to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and internal teams to support campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Act as a Point of Contact (POC) for content-related initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with goals.
Support onboarding initiatives by welcoming new hires and promoting internal programs such as referral campaigns.
Conceptualize creative content ideas inspired by gaming, lifestyle, and Indian digital culture.
Represent the brand confidently on camera when needed, bringing energy and authenticity to content.
Engage with audiences through comments and messages to strengthen community presence.
Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content outputs.
Social Media & Tools Management
Manage and maintain brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant in India (e.g., Moj, Josh, ShareChat).
Utilize content creation and editing tools to produce visually compelling and high-performing content.
Schedule and publish posts using platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) using analytics tools.
Stay updated with the latest tools, features, and best practices in social media and digital marketing within the Indian landscape.
Optimize content based on platform-specific performance and audience behavior insights.
Qualifications:
College graduate of Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or any related field.
Knowledgeable in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other editing platforms.
Familiarity with scheduling and publishing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content strategies (especially within India).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
Confident, extroverted personality with strong on-camera presence is an advantage.
Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Experience in creating content (personal, academic, or professional) is preferred.
Amenable to work in shifting schedules and onsite depending on business needs.
