We are seeking a proactive and organized Insurance Assistant to support business development by making initial outreach calls to prospects generated through cold email campaigns. The ideal candidate has excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make initial outbound calls to prospects from cold email campaigns.
- Introduce the company's insurance services and qualify potential clients.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the insurance team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.
- Update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM or tracking system.
- Manage emails, follow-ups, and administrative tasks related to lead generation.
- Maintain organized records and support the insurance team with daily administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, appointment setting, or sales support is preferred.
- Excellent phone presence with fluent, clear English .
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and follow processes with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
