Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the marketing calendar aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, product bundles, and events.
- Coordinate brand activations, trade fairs, and in-store activities with distributors and retailers.
- Lead community engagement initiatives, influencer collaborations, and CSR campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align marketing efforts.
- Liaise with agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials and execute campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing or brand management (FMCG experience a plus).
- Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong project management and digital marketing skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
