DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data & Journey Logic Architecture: Write and maintain custom queries (SQL/Python) to extract, segment, and validate target player audiences for gaming and non-gaming campaign triggers.
- Post-Campaign Performance Analysis: Design and execute robust post-campaign measurement frameworks, assessing incremental uplift, redemption behavior, net gaming revenue (NGR), and ROI.
- Power BI & Dashboard Management: Build, automate, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track cross-channel messaging performance (SMS, Viber, push) and player engagement metrics.
- A/B & Multivariate Testing Analysis: Design statistically sound test-and-learn frameworks; analyze experiment results to evaluate lift, conversion rates, and optimal deployment parameters.
- Data Pipeline & Automation Support: Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering to streamline data flows between core databases/DWs and execution tools, ensuring seamless trigger delivery.
- Segmentation & Predictive Modeling: Develop advanced segmentation models and behavioral clusters to improve audience targeting, campaign relevancy, and player retention.
- Cross-Departmental Analytics Support: Partner with Loyalty, Casino Marketing, F&B, Hotel, and Events teams to translate operational requirements into precise analytics and targeting logic.
- Cost & Budget Optimization Modeling: Build cost-efficiency models to track messaging expenses, evaluate cost-per-message trends, and recommend budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
- Data Governance & Data Quality: Audit campaign target files and post-send logs to ensure data integrity, prevent payload errors, and enforce database governance standards.
- Workflow & Query Standardization: Standardize SQL scripts, code repositories, and intake reporting processes to streamline data requests and shorten campaign reporting lead times.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Work alongside IT and platform vendor technical teams to resolve data pipeline failures, API drop-offs, and tracking payload discrepancies.

- Advanced Querying & Coding: Strong proficiency in SQL (and/or Python) for database extraction, data transformation, and automation.
- BI & Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building and publishing scalable Power BI reports, data models, and executive dashboards.
- Data-Driven Thinking: Ability to interpret complex gaming and promotional data, converting raw logs into actionable commercial insights.
- Attention to Detail: Rigorous standards in data validation, query optimization, and source-to-report reconciliation.

- Technical Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic mindset for identifying data inconsistencies, pipeline delays, and platform integration bugs.

- Reporting & Pipeline Automation: % of manual campaign reports and data feeds converted into automated SQL/Power BI pipelines.
- Data Accuracy & Integrity: Zero-to-minimal data payload errors, targeting discrepancies, or post-send reporting corrections.
- Uplift & Experimentation Impact: Successful delivery of statistical A/B test evaluations and actionable lift insights implemented by operational teams.
- Dashboard Utilization & Uptime: High stakeholder adoption and reliable delivery of scheduled Power BI reporting packs.
- Query Efficiency & Optimization: Streamlined code execution times and well-documented repository scripts for team scalability.
- Process Improvement: Documented enhancements to target extraction, reporting lead times, or campaign attribution models.
Requirements
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Major Field of Study: Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in campaign analytics, data analysis, or marketing BI roles.
- Domain Experience: Proven experience analyzing database marketing initiatives, preferably within casino, gaming, hospitality, or high-volume loyalty environments.
- Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI (DAX / Data Modeling), Excel, and hands-on familiarity with data architectures supporting automated messaging channels (SMS, Viber, Email, Push).
- Cross-Functional Exposure: Proven background collaborating directly with Analytics, IT, and Operations teams to ensure performance tracking, compliance, and reporting reliability.
