Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
- With at least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash
- Amendable to work in a night shift schedule
- Amendable to work on site in Naga
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead order management, invoicing, credit reviews, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application activities
- Ensure timely, accurate processing in compliance with SLAs, internal controls, and client requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve operational issues and support continuous, end-to-end workflow.
- Oversee daily process activities and manage communications with clients, customers, and third-party partners
- Oversee daily operations and stakeholder communications, deliver customer-focused service, manage escalations
