Customer Service Representative (Voice) Location: BGC Taguig (100% Onsite) Shift: Night Shift Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Possible Regularization based on performance) We are looking for a Voice Customer Service Representative who will provide excellent customer support through phone interactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to resolve concerns professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely assistance Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally Provide accurate information and effective solutions Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Follow company policies and quality standards Ensure a positive customer experience Requirements: At least 1 year of CSR/Voice Customer Service experience Excellent communication skills Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC Taguig Amenable to night shift schedule Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Contract Duration: 6 months Regularization: Possible based on performance
