Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Global Account - Urgent

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Bonifacio Global City. The role involves delivering high-quality customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and rapport with customers.
• Document all interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements (e.g., Data Privacy/HIPAA where applicable).
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training and team meetings.
• Meet performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (BPO or contact center preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
