Pay: ₱75,000–95,000 base per month + performance bonus (₱100,000–135,000 per month at target, with no cap for top performers)

We’re now building our sales team in the Philippines, and you’ll be our first hire here. That means real ownership: you’ll help shape how we sell in the market, and you’ll have room to grow as the team grows.

The role

You’ll find and win new clients among Philippine companies that hire at volume, starting with BPOs and call centres and hotels and resorts . You’ll own the early sales cycle from first contact to the end of a 14-day free trial, and close smaller deals yourself. You’ll work directly with the CEO, who joins larger closing calls.

What you’ll do

• Research and build lists of target companies, focusing on those actively hiring
• Reach HR managers and talent acquisition leads by phone, email and LinkedIn, with follow-up through Viber or WhatsApp once a conversation has started
• Run discovery calls to understand hiring volumes, current channels and costs
• Set up and manage 14-day free trials: help clients post their first jobs, check in on results, and turn trials into paying clients
• Close small and mid-size deals yourself, and prepare larger ones for the CEO
• Keep every activity and deal up to date in our CRM, which has built-in email automation and an AI assistant
• Represent Jobstoday at HR events and job fairs, with occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
• Share what you hear from the market (objections, competitors, pricing) so we keep improving the pitch

What success looks like

• First 30 days: fully onboarded, calling daily, 10 free trials started
• By 90 days: a steady 5+ discovery calls a week and 6–8 new paying clients a month
• Clients who stay with us beyond their first three months

What you bring

• 3–5+ years of outbound B2B sales : cold calling and cold email, not only inbound or customer service
• A track record you can show in numbers: meetings booked, quota reached, deals closed
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence on the phone with HR managers and business owners, and you take rejection well
• Organised and self-driven: you can plan your own day and work in a CRM without being chased
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and your own laptop

Must have

• Experience selling to HR, recruitment, staffing agencies or BPOs
• A network among HR professionals in the Philippines
• Tagalog or Cebuano
• Experience with job boards or HR software
