Civil Engineer(Job Title: CSA Project in Charge)
- At least 5-7 years of Civil and Structural Design experience
- Experienced in large-scale construction (Specific to industrial, commercial, medium, and high-rise buildings for a minimum period of 5 years as Project Lead.)
-Ability to manage construction projects,
- Supervise day-to-day to ensure they are aligned with quality standards and project plans
- Maintain communication with contractors and subcontractors to build relationships within the projects.
- Implement quality control processes, conduct quality control inspection, and implement safety requirements
- Ensure all works conducted and comply with regulations and meets industry standards.
- Capable of reviewing plans, prints, specifications, and schematics
- Ability to manage construction projects
- Competent in documentation and preparation of reports (including submission of progress billing report)
- Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to relocate - Project area: Binan, Laguna
