In-House Detective

The In-House Detective is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and order of Caylabne Bay Resort & Marina. This role ensures proper monitoring of access, incidents, and property conditions through accurate documentation, regular patrols, and timely reporting. By safeguarding guests, employees, unit owners, and facilities, the In-House Detective supports smooth resort operations and helps uphold a secure and welcoming environment for all.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Access Monitoring
- Incident Reporting (Separate SG Reporting)
- Roving Patrol
- Employees Familiarization & Responsibility
- Property Damage/ Theft Reporting
- Daily Report
Qualifications:
1. Educational & Experience background
- Minimum: High school diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law, or commerce.
- Previous work as Security Personnel, or any related experience.
2. Physical and mental fitness
- Must be physically fit, mentally alert, and emotionally stable.
- Psychiatric evaluation may be required for government-related roles.
3. Legal and ethical standards
- No criminal convictions involving moral turpitude.
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity.
4. Investigative skills
- Evidence collection and preservation.
- Interviewing and interrogation techniques.
- Surveillance (digital and physical).
- Reporting
- Fairness
This position will be closely working with the HR Department and must know the proper SOP for this type of work.
Must be willing to relocate.
