Product Demonstration Specialist

About the role
This role involves conducting confident and professional product demonstrations for potential clients, existing customers, and business partners. You will explain product features, functions, and benefits clearly and demonstrate how the product meets client needs.
Key responsibilities
Conduct confident and professional product demonstrations for potential clients, existing customers, and business partners
Explain product features, functions, and benefits clearly and demonstrate how the product meets client needs
Prepare and test the product, presentation materials, and equipment before each demonstration
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new features and system improvements
Answer client questions confidently and coordinate with technical teams when assistance is needed
Collaborate with the sales team to support client meetings and business development activities
Gather client feedback, document concerns, and coordinate follow-ups with the appropriate teams
Maintain professionalism and composure during every demonstration, including when unexpected issues arise
Prepare and maintain demonstration reports, including client feedback, requirements, concerns, and recommended next steps.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of clients and groups
Ability to explain technical product features in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
Strong product-learning, problem-solving, and client engagement skills
Detail-oriented, well-prepared, adaptable, and professional
Willingness to practice presentations, accept feedback, and continuously improve demonstration skills
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
Willingness to attend client meetings and conduct on-site demonstrations when required
