Assistant Product Manager (POCT)

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Product Manager (POCT) to drive customer engagement and support our Point-of-Care Testing product line. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical and clinical knowledge to deliver product demonstrations, conduct team and customer training, and support both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep technical understanding of POCT instruments, reagents, consumables, and competitive advantages to position products effectively.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Technical & Clinical Support: Utilize working knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows and testing processes to address technical questions and optimize product use.
- Training & Enablement: Plan and conduct comprehensive product training sessions for internal sales/support teams and end-user customers.
- Sales Support: Assist sales teams throughout the sales cycle by providing technical validation during pre-sales and dedicated support during post-sales onboarding.
Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) technologies, devices, and diagnostic reagents.
- Solid understanding of clinical laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and testing processes.
- Proven experience supporting product demos, technical presentations, and customer training.
- Prior experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), clinical diagnostics, or medical device industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
