Virtual Assistant - B2B Growth Operations & Automation

My AI-powered executive consulting business is growing rapidly, and I’m looking for a proactive, reliable Virtual Assistant experienced in B2B growth operations, client management, personalized LinkedIn outreach, and n8n workflow monitoring and troubleshooting.
Experience in **ecommerce, SaaS, healthtech, or sportstech** is preferred.
**Responsibilities**
* **LinkedIn outreach:** Research companies and decision-makers, identify relevant prospects, write personalized messages, track responses, and manage follow-ups. Generic outreach without research is unacceptable.
* **Client management:** Handle routine client communications, track requests and deadlines, maintain records, coordinate onboarding, and escalate issues appropriately.
* **n8n monitoring:** Monitor workflows, investigate failed executions, understand nodes and data flow, identify mapping errors and API issues, troubleshoot routine problems, and report findings. A **solid working understanding of n8n or a comparable automation platform** is required. Building complex workflows is not expected.
* **Operations:** Maintain Notion/CRM records, conduct research, manage administrative tasks, track deadlines, and provide concise progress updates.
**Requirements**
* At least 1 year of professional VA experience.
* Practical experience in B2B prospect research and personalized LinkedIn cold outreach.
* Client communication and relationship management experience.
* Solid understanding of n8n or another automation platform, including nodes, data flow, execution history, and troubleshooting.
* Strong written English, attention to detail, organization, and professional communication.
* Independent problem-solving, reliable follow-through, and responsible handling of confidential information.
Experience with Notion, CRMs, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and AI tools is an advantage.
**Terms**
* $4/hour, non-negotiable.
* 10 hours/week, remote, flexible hours initially.
* Start ASAP; potential for more hours as the business grows.
* NDA required before starting.
