QA Analyst-Data Automation

We are expanding our international support operations and are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of our application through both manual and automated testing, working in close collaboration with our Business Analysts to support bespoke features and complex integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze documentation from Business Analysts to define test requirements and system behavior.
- Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases, covering functional, regression, and integration testing, as well as edge cases.
- Develop and run automated tests using internal tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Document and track defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps, logs, and evidence.
- Verify bug fixes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to clarify requirements, report progress, and flag risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and support stable testing environments.
Job Requirements:
- Educational background in a relevant field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret logs, error messages, and complex system behaviors.
- Experience or willingness to master test management tools like Jira and TestRail.
- Flexibility to work shifts overlapping with UK business hours.
- Nice-to-have: Basic knowledge of QA methodologies, SQL, XML, or scripting languages (e.g., Python).
