Job Description:

• A Junior Bank Account Officer reliably executes on a pre-defined bank account management-related service catalogue.
• Prepares standard bank account opening, maintaining and closing documents for assigned entities in accordance with a pre-defined process.
• Prepares and maintains fact sheets containing entities and bank account details.

• Coordinates the execution of documents.
• Maintains internal databases and automated control checks.

• Deals with a broad range of requests via email inbox.
• General administration duties, including filing of documents, preparing presentations, organizing meetings and arranging courier.

Your profile:

• You are fluent in English (oral/written).
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics.
• You have 3 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in banking, finance or office administration.
• You have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• You are a team player and are flexible with respect to your working schedule and taking on ad-hoc tasks.

• You fully understand, reliably executes on deliverables and deadlines relating to own service catalogue.
• You are diligent in completing high-quality, error-free work.
• You are pro-actively building up subject matter expertise and general industry knowledge.
• You apply curiosity and enthusiasm in the role.
