SALES ASSISTANT – ZAMBOANGA CITY
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Sales Assistant to support the sales team of a large retail estate firm, Inc. The successful candidate will assist with sales reports, administrative tasks, sales bookings, and marketing activities to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Prepare weekly sales reports and monitor sales performance.
Prepare and submit sales data, incentive reports, tripping reports, and expense reports.
Assist with sales bookings and monitor sales commissions and incentives.
Prepare monthly manpower schedules and reports for the sales team.
Monitor sales-generated funds and coordinate with other departments regarding sales-related concerns.
Marketing Support
Assist with sales and marketing activities as needed.
Provide weekly feedback on the sales team's marketing activities.
Ensure the availability of sales materials, including flyers, brochures, and forms.
Maintain proper safekeeping of giveaways, tokens, and other sales-related items.
Sales Booking and After-Sales Support
Assist with broker sales bookings and ensure timely processing of sales transactions.
Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service departments regarding booking requirements.
Provide after-sales assistance to clients of the in-house sales team.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Organized and capable of handling administrative and sales-related tasks.
Willing to start as soon as possible.
Location: Zamboanga City, Philippines
