About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur on a full-time basis . This role presents a unique opportunity to develop a career in business development within the engineering and professional services sector. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our manpower and janitorial services division. You will work closely with our management team to expand our market presence and establish ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative as a trusted partner in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the manpower and janitorial services sectors

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up

• Present company services and solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of our offerings

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client needs

• Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators as set by management

• Provide feedback to management regarding client needs, market conditions and service improvements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within manpower services, janitorial services, engineering or related professional services sectors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present solutions that address those needs effectively

• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Knowledge of civil or structural engineering sectors would be advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering or related field is preferred
