SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the janitorial services sector. This role is critical to our business development strategy and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company's success through direct client engagement and sales achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors requiring janitorial services

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Present service packages and solutions tailored to meet client-specific cleaning and maintenance needs

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients

• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM systems

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs to management

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the services industry or janitorial sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client bases

• Excellent negotiation abilities and a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales targets

• Self-motivated and disciplined with strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and meetings

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, sales, or a related field is advantageous

• Knowledge of the janitorial or cleaning services industry is preferred but not essential

• Willingness to undergo training on company products, services, and sales processes
