Digital Marketing Manager (Santa Rosa, Laguna)

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. As a key member of the marketing department, the Marketing Manager will manage multiple marketing channels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Facebook platform and other relevant platforms by our needs.
• Set and monitor KPIs for marketing campaigns to ensure they meet goals and deliver ROI.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to create compelling and effective marketing materials.
• Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and apply new tactics to achieve goals.

Content Creation & Distribution:

• Lead content creation, newsletters, and social media content.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring engagement with followers and tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and video content.
• Creating and designing banners in various sizes for advertising on various platforms.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across campaigns.
• Track expenses and ensure all campaigns and projects stay within budget.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management, highlighting the success of campaigns and overall marketing performance.

Requirements:

• Required Qualifications (mandatory):
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing and executing successful campaigns.
• Experience in managing budgets, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing strategies for better ROI.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM software - Advantage.
• Familiarity with email marketing, social media management, and content creation - Advantage.
