Description
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage and administer payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Provide training support for employees on various HR processes and policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and processes effectively
