Due to the expansion, we are looking for Store Manager for one of our stores in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

 Organization and control of visual merchandising in the store;

 Stock control;

 Sales planning and analysis;

 Completing standards and objectives for different departments;

 Lead a team of the store towards effective collaboration and goals achievements;

 Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions;

Requirements:

 Proven experience as a store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role 1-2 years;

 Knowledge and application of fast fashion retail/clothing logics

 Independent, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill;

 Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles;

 Excellent problem-solving abilities;

 Leadership, delegation and control of the processes;

 English starting from Intermediate.
